FINA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Minimum booking rate for Wedding Day Makeup is £500.00 per artist, includes Bride + 3.

-What’s app messaging, texts, calls and email communication included in rate.

-Travel costs additional.

 -Additional trials are £150.00 per person  

-Additional Guests or Bridal Party for Wedding Day are £100.00 per person.

- Additional artists are a rate of £100.00 per artist per day.

- Overtime rate is £100.00 per artist per hour.

- Mileage is charged at the standard 50p per mile per makeup artist or cost of train/taxis. Parking fees if any will be added to the quote. Any travel of more than one hour may incur additional travel time fees of £20 per hour.

-Depending on artist start time, finish time, severe weather, weddings delays and location of wedding, an overnight accommodation may be required for each artist.

-Studio Trials are held Mon-Thurs, exact day subject to artists availability.

- Home Trials are held Mon-Sun, exact day subject to artists availability.

-All details will be discussed and approved prior to booking.

-Requests for Zoom/Whats App & Teams video calls will incur an additional charge per half hour requested of £25.00 per artist unless booking the All Day Artist Option.

- A 50% deposit it required to hold the date, this is non refundable.

- Any cancellations less than 60 days before the wedding day will be fully charged.

- In the event of an emergency a replacement FINA Artist will be provided.

- Change of Wedding Date or Venue may incur a charge.

 - Late afternoon/Early evening ceremony start times may incur an additional fee to cover a full day booking for the team.

- Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or Credit Card
