BOOKING PROCESS

Once we respond to your enquiry and you are happy to go ahead with your selected service, we will type up a custom booking agreement for you to sign and return to us via email. We will note the time of your ceremony, completion time for makeup and the team’s arrival time. This along with your deposit confirms your booking with your selected team. The team are always available on email, what’s app or a phone call away to answer any questions you may have.

DISCUSSING LOOKS

At FINA we like to treat every wedding like how we prepare for a campaign or editorial shoot, with plenty of visuals. As sessions artists we want to know what you are looking for in your bridal makeup? How do you want to feel on the day? Are there shades, textures and colours that fit your wedding palette? Is your wedding theme casual, playful or formal? We want to know everything! So feel free to always send along your inspiration and mood boards. We will work on this together with you to make sure the looks we create are exactly what you are wanting for your big day.

ON THE DAY

One of the first things Brides ask us is, how will the morning run? I always like to respond with, on schedule and on time. When your FINA Team arrives the first thing we will do is greet our bride or wedding coordinator and get our beauty areas set up. Once the team are ready to start, the makeup artists will start prepping the skin, ensuring we give time for the skincare products to absorb before any looks are created. We want to make sure everyone is relaxed and enjoys the process. We don’t feel that anyone should be rushed which is why we ensure extra artists are available for higher numbers or time constraints. It is a celebration at the end of the day and we want every person have a lovely time in our chair, achieves the look they want for the day and feels beautiful. Before everyone heads away to get dressed the artists will do final makeup touch ups to make sure you are photo perfect for the day.
